For the past four years, UtopiaAZ has been our home away from home –a place where sunshine, laughter, and great memories always seem to find us. It's where mornings begin with poolside coffee and long conversations, afternoons turn into sunbathing and kids splashing in the pool, and evenings are filled with girls' trips, giggling, storytelling, and the occasional round of golf nearby.
UtopiaAZ is perfectly placed near some of the best attractions in the Valley:
Spring Training fun at Camelback Ranch – home to the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago White Sox during the Cactus League Season.
Catch the excitement at State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals – and just minutes away from the brand-new Mattel Adventure Park. An immersive park with Hot Wheels roller coasters, Barbie experiences, and family attractions for all ages.

Nestled against the foothills of Thunderbird Conservation Park, Arrowhead Ranch has much to offer. Along with the mixture of nature based and resort style amenities, the community is 30 minutes from PHX airport and less than 10 minutes to Costco, Target and Grocery. There are multiple golf courses within a 10 mile radius.

The pool has floats! The backyard has a BBQ and fire pit for you to enjoy. We kindly ask that you do not use the fireplace inside.
The kitchen is stocked for entertaining. This 4‑bedroom desert retreat is designed for gathering, rest, and easy living. There are 3 TV's with streaming video services to access your accounts on Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. High‑Speed Internet (Remote‑Work Ready).

We are committed to Airbnb's enhanced clean! The house is professionally maintained. Pool service usually cleans on Thursdays. Roberto takes care of the yards on Wednesdays. We are available to you and answer our phones – Superhost! 4 years hosting!

The home was so cozy and comfortable. I never unpack and get settled when traveling but did here; I just felt extra comfortable. The pool was great, the neighborhood was awesome and had a lot of nearby amenities. I honestly wished it was my home and can't wait to go back to visit!"
